This document has been developed to make it clearer and easier for taxi drivers and operators to understand their rights and responsibilities.
Signing an agreement better protects the rights of drivers and ensures that the agreements they are entering into are fair and transparent.
The deadline has now closed for industry comment. The government will consider all feedback received.
